We’ll gather for welcome drinks in the evening — a relaxed but intentional start to the week. Over cocktails and conversation, you’ll meet your fellow Trailblazers and begin the kinds of connections that make this experience so powerful.

Day 2:
Clarity and Intention
We begin the day with a relaxed breakfast and the beautiful buzz of possibility in the air. Then it’s time to dive in. Our first business sessions will help you get clear on your intentions for the week — and for what’s next in your business. You’ll start mapping out what matters most through guided exercises and powerful conversations.
After a fabulous lunch, we’ll continue the momentum with peer learning and deeper strategy work — giving you the space and support to uncover fresh insights and direction.
In the evening, we’ll head to a local taverna to enjoy authentic Cretan cuisine and warm hospitality. Over shared plates and laughter, the connections deepen and the ideas keep flowing.

After breakfast, we set out for a scenic hike! The trail loops gently through olive groves, pine forests, and timeless mountain villages, guiding us to the dramatic Polifimos Cave (a cave claimed by some to be the location of the story of Odysseus and the Cyclops Polyphemus from Homer's Odyssey!) — a place steeped in myth and natural beauty. It’s a chance to connect with the land, clear your mind, and let new ideas rise with every step.
The afternoon is yours to enjoy however you choose. Whether it’s a restorative spa treatment, a dip in the pool, or a quiet wander through the village, this is space for you — to relax, recharge, and integrate.
We’ll end the day with a casual dinner, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and a view to match. Unwind, reflect, and savour the rhythm of the day.
Day 4:
Culture and Connection
Today is all about slowing down. It’s about taking in the Cretan way of life. After breakfast, we venture into the mountains for a truly special cultural experience where we’ll learn the art of traditional Cretan cooking, guided by generations-old techniques, and share a farm-to-table lunch bursting with local flavour and warmth.
The afternoon is open for you to choose your own adventure — whether that’s relaxing at the spa, sipping wine at a nearby vineyard, or browsing handmade treasures in local artisan shops.
In the evening, we’ll gather at a family-owned restaurant where the food is made with love and the Cretan wines flow freely. It’s a day of grounding, deep nourishment, and connection — to place, to people, and to yourself.
Day 5:
Challenge & Wonder
Today is a true highlight as we set out on our second hike after a nourishing breakfast. This is a day to move your body, clear your mind, and feel the awe of nature and your own strength. We’ll enjoy just three hours of beautiful narrow passageways to stretch our legs and our minds, followed by a surprise visit to a local business (you’ll LOVE this!)
In the evening, we return to the hotel for a relaxed, nourishing dinner — feet up, heart full, camera charged with memories and a quiet pride in what you’ve just accomplished.
Day 6:
Vision and Strategy
After a restorative couple of days of movement, culture, and connection, we return to our business with fresh eyes and renewed energy. Following breakfast, we’ll gather for focused sessions that blend reflection with visioning — clarifying what’s next and uncovering the opportunities that feel most aligned and exciting.
In the afternoon, we’ll move into implementation and accountability — turning insight into action with the support of your fellow peers and mentors. These conversations are spacious, strategic, and designed to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

Integration & Farewell

How does the Application process work?

What’s the schedule?
We've planned a beautifully balanced blend of business, connection, culture, and restoration. Each day weaves together purposeful strategy sessions with the space you need to reflect, recharge, and explore at your own pace.
You’ll hike ancient trails through breathtaking gorges, take part in immersive cultural moments like traditional Cretan cooking in the mountains, and savour long, delicious meals in stunning settings — by the sea, in tucked-away tavernas, and under the stars. We’ve planned a few special moments you won’t see on the schedule — designed to surprise, delight, and deepen your experience.
There’s time for deep conversations and shared breakthroughs, as well as quiet moments just for you — to journal, enjoy the spa, or simply soak in the serenity.
This isn’t just an event. It’s a thoughtfully curated experience designed to nourish your business, your creativity, and your spirit.
What will the weather be like?
October is an excellent time to explore Crete — pleasantly mild, welcoming, and ideal for both outdoor adventures and relaxed cultural experiences.
- Daytime temperatures: Around 24ºC
- Evenings: Cooler, dropping to around 15ºC
We recommend packing light layers to accommodate the shift from sunny days to cooler nights. Some activities will take place outdoors, so sun protection and staying hydrated are key.
We’ll provide a detailed packing list to make preparing easy — and we’ll remain flexible with our plans to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the experience.
How in shape do I need to be for the hikes?
The hikes have deliberately been kept to durations that women with a general fitness ability will be able to manage.
We will be accompanied by professionals on our hikes to ensure we have the support and safety to navigate the areas at a comfortable pace for the entire group.
Once your place at the event is confirmed we will give you some general guidance on hiking fitness and ensure that you have the information you need to get you prepared.
A list of essential items to bring will be provided well in advance, along with suggested training to help you prepare if you don’t already hike or if you don’t have a general level of fitness.
We’ll ensure that you can feel confident about your experience. These hikes are not about being elite athletes - they are a way to move the conversation outdoors, where the scenery and movement spark ideas and have you have a full body experience of your growth.

Where are we staying?
In a beautiful seaside setting our boutique hotel invites guests to connect with Chania’s past.
What meals are included?
All meals, snacks, and refreshments are included from the first dinner until the moment you depart. You’ll enjoy fresh, locally sourced breakfasts, lunches, and dinners that reflect the flavours of Crete — from long-table seaside meals to traditional Cretan dishes in mountain villages. We happily cater to dietary preferences and requirements, so you can relax and enjoy every bite. Alcoholic drinks are included with some meals.
What’s not included
- Airfare and travel to/from Crete – You’ll need to arrange your own flights and transfers to the town of Chania in Crete. Flights are available direct into Chania from both Athens and some international airports.
- Travel insurance – Required for all participants and must be arranged before departure.
- Personal treats – Like that irresistible pair of handmade sandals, souvenirs, extra snacks, or the occasional off-itinerary treat (like that local olive oil you have to take home).
- Optional extras – Including spa treatments, room upgrades, or additional activities outside the group experience.
- Tips for local guides – A group contribution will be collected during the trip.
- Visas, vaccinations, or medical expenses – If applicable based on your country of origin.
